Medi-Sync
Missed and doubled doses are a leading cause of avoidable hospital visits for older Australians. Medi-Sync is a gentle prompt at exactly the right moment — and a safety net behind it when the prompt goes unanswered.
It works alongside a Webster-Pak, a dose administration aid, or our own dispenser. There's nothing to install and nothing to learn.
Hardware
Tell us your dosing times in the order notes and we programme up to nine daily reminders before it ships. No app to download, no account to create, no monthly fee.
The alarm runs at 50–70dB with flashing lights and doesn't stop until the compartment is emptied. Compartments stay locked until the scheduled time, which is what makes it safe for someone with memory issues.
Pharmacy Partner Program
Refilling should be quick and hassle-free. Do it yourself, have a family member do it, or hand it to a pharmacist who has been trained on the exact device you own.

The device physically holds and releases your tablets with a loud alarm and locking compartments. Medi-Sync sends SMS and phone call reminders to any phone and notifies a carer if a dose is missed. Many people use both — or use Medi-Sync alongside an existing Webster-Pak.
Yes. Devices are covered under Home Care Packages, NDIS and STRC funding, and are approved for eligible veterans through BrightSky Australia under DVA RAP and MFS. Medi-Sync is available through My Aged Care funded arrangements. Send your provider details to hello@medicationreminders.com.au and we'll handle the paperwork.
No. The dispenser works standalone with no app and no ongoing fees. Medi-Sync uses standard SMS and phone calls, so it works on any mobile or landline.
